I actually like this product, but I hate the marketing. It takes hard work and dedication to get yourself into shape and it takes a whole hell of a lot longer than six minutes a day to see actual long lasting results.

This product is great for beginners and can be used as a stepping stone to a more advanced and complete fitness program or it can be used in combination with other fitness routines.

One more rant before I get into my tips for how to effectively use the shake weight.

I am not going to regurgitate all the dopey sales numbers and billion dollar units sold stats about this product.

I don’t care if the shake weight has sold two units, or two hundred million units.

It is a fitness product, and if used correctly and with the right mindset, it can be useful and helpful to a certain degree.

There are a ton of crappy websites out there about this product that do nothing more than restate sales numbers or the same facts you have already seen on the infomercial.

That’s not what I’m about and that’s not what this site is about.

I am here to offer some real tips and facts about this product that you can take action with.

I just wanted to get that off my chest and let you know how I feel.

Let me ask you a question.

What is the number one reason you are interested in the shake weight?

I am actually going to answer that question for you and I bet you are going to be surprised by my answer.

But first, lets talk about strength and endurance.

The best way to build strength is by lifting weights for a  predetermined  amount of sets and reps and then gradually increasing that weight over time.

This is not going to happen with the shake weight.

It only comes in one weight and aside from the new resistance settings on the new shake weight pro, you are not going to be able increase your weight, thus you are not going to be able to increase your strength.

Endurance on the on the other hand is a different story.

The way to increase muscle endurance is by lifting weights for a predetermined amount of sets and reps and then gradually increasing the amount of reps over time.

This CAN be done using the shake weight.

You can gradually increase the time you use the shake weight, thus increasing your muscle endurance.

Increasing your muscle endurance can tighten, tone, and add definition to your arms, shoulders, and chest.

This is good news.

Not only does this mean that your upper body might start to look a little better, it means your muscles will be more prepared when you decide to start a real workout program.

And when you decide to really get after this fitness thing and get that quick fix mentality out of your head, that is when the real results will come.
