I got this product for my mom for Christmas and it works pretty good she uses it everyday and she gets tired afterwards and the flab is slowly disappearing. I know there has been a lot of skepticism regarding this product, and the commercial can be laughable, but I was still tempted to buy it. Even though my husband made fun of me, I had to stand by this product. It really does give your arms a great workout, even after just a couple seconds. You definitely get a great workout with the shakeweight. I was very iffy at first just from commercials, but with a new year, I wanted to try a new thing. It is a six minute workout, and you feel it in the first 45 seconds. This product is definitely worth it and I am excited to use it more! — JC

My son wanted this for Christmas. He is almost 19 and is already in good shape. He runs and works out all the time. The add on TV and the DVD that comes with the product say to use the item for 6 Munutes… My son is in great shape and can only handle about 3 munutes at this time.
